Hi Dr. Ogi,
I wanted to take a moment and thank you for how you have changed my practice and now my life. When I first joined I was so doubtful that this would make any significant change to my practice, but I am happy to report that since starting your program just three months ago, I have tripled my practice, I have quality patients who are fun to be around, love getting adjusted, refer like crazy, and get it.
What a joy it is to come to my office every day. I have done all this without spending one penny on advertising, any mall screenings or by giving away my services. I am on target to double my practice again within 6 months (if not less) and that will be an increase of six times where I was before joining PEP.
Keep on changing this profession, we need this and are so appreciative.

Hi Ogi:
I thought this e-mail was worth responding to, as most all of them are. When I took your seminars, almost two years ago, a brutal truth hit me between the eyes. I did see children, but very few.
What! Did that mean - that my patients didn�t trust me? Yes it did, and even worse, what it really meant was that I really didn�t trust myself. Through your training I learned that if I wanted to increase my patient visits, not only did I have to believe that I was the best at what I do, but so did my patients! This meant that I needed to start working on being my best. I needed to do a better new patient consultation, better exams, and a better report of findings, etc. I needed to quit talking about the weather and start talking about chiropractic and how that makes a difference in the health of my patients and their families.
You know, a funny thing happened. Not only did I become a better chiropractor, but I gained a lot more confidence in myself and in chiropractic.
Also, a very interesting thing happened over the last couple of years. Not only did we go from our patient volume being about 5% children to about 35% children, but our practice tripled. I can tell you from first hand experience that what you are saying is exactly true. Your patients will bring their children to you when they trust you. They will also send their friends and loved ones to you when they trust you.
We have not done a stitch of advertising since we took your seminars, and amazingly, we have grown faster than ever before in the fourteen years of practice. I am not saying that chiropractors shouldn�t advertise, but it is really nice when you don�t need to rely on that, and it is sure a whole lot cheaper!
So, in short, thank you so much for your "THOTS," your seminars, and your passion for making chiropractic what BJ and DD intended it to be. You have an excellent program and I wish more chiropractors would attend your seminars so that we can keep chiropractic going in the right direction. It is more vital that chiropractors be chiropractors today more than ever. Thanks for your part in making a difference.

I love your THOT for this week (as usual). You can tell anyone who asks you that your system really does foster trust in patients. We had a pretty good little family practice going (I think) before PEP, but there has been a real shift in attitude on everyone�s part since we started your program. The doctor has become a wonderful leader for both patients and team, the team has stepped up even higher than they had before, and our patients have really responded positively to the increased understanding they have for why they are with us. I wanted to let you know that words cannot express how awesome, fantastic, and just downright amazing our practice has been since we attended Module I of your program three weeks ago!
When I decided to be a chiropractor 12 years ago, the success we have had the last 3 weeks is exactly what I envisioned practice to be. The most amazing part of the story is that we are all doing, acting, and saying things that just 30 days ago we never would have been able to. I guess it goes without saying we are also getting results that we wouldn't have gotten 30 days ago...
First, the biggest shift for all of us is to realize how EASY all of this is! It is just simple. Patients absolutely get it! No selling, no pressure, no gimmicks - just like you said! All the baloney and stress that chiropractors put themselves thru is absolutely not needed! Your program is exactly everything you have said it would be and much, much more. Our excitement is back, our passion is re-ignited, and we are focused like a laser beam. Practice is FUN, FUN, FUN again!!!
When I heard other doctors talk about "Dr Ogi moments", I wasn't sure what that was all about. I get it now. Here are some major Dr. Ogi moments...
1.) A young married couple effortlessly deciding to receive a full 12 month corrective plan AND they are PAYING for it...Almost $8,000! And saying to us' "Thank you for making this so affordable!" I can tell you that would never have happened before taking your program. The best part is the comment the husband made to Gina, our CA. He told her...."This is the best doctor's office I have ever been to. I can't believe more people don't know about this place." Then he proceed to refer his dad, his mom, his in-laws, his brother, and two friends for a grand total of 7 new patients!!!!! ....and all on their first visit! Simply amazing!
2.) Dr. Jenn had a 17 year old boy with scoliosis sign on for a year of corrective care. (She admitted that she got the wording all mixed up during the consult, exam, and ROF, AND yet, without any pressure at all, the mom and dad decided that they and the other brother need care too!!!) Imagine what will happen when we get the flow down 100%! What a Concept!
3.) Every patient is getting it, and our existing patients are making some great comments about the tremendous positive energy in our office. There is electricity in the air, and everyone is taking notice, including our family and friends!
4.) Gina is rocking and taking charge of running the office. She is kicking butt, and is organizing this office like you wouldn't believe. None of our previous CA's have ever been this motivated! You lit a fire under her! I love it!
In a nutshell, our WHOLE BEING has transformed, and it is so incredible I cannot really express it. It is much like trying to explain what a peach tastes like to someone who has never eaten a peach before.
Thank you so much for giving us the push we needed to look inside, turn on the power within ourselves, and unsubluxate our thinking. Much respect, gratitude, and love to you, your family, and staff. The only regret that we have is that we did not take your Program sooner!

This is what has happened in our office the last few weeks since Module I in Detroit three weeks ago.... We easily added over 50-60 visits a week in 3 weeks, a record 219 last week and probably around 240 this week.

I did my first screening like you taught me this past Saturday, and the results were amazing. First of all, the amount of people was less this year at this event and there were three other chiropractors present - all of whom I knew. We also had the worst booth location possible for traffic flow and we were right by a set of concert speakers for the dance competitions. Nevertheless, we made appointments for 25 patients that day and we screened 27, in only four hours.
Oh.. by the way, the two that didn�t make appointments were from way out of town, but one is still considering coming to see me from one and a half hours away because he was so impressed with what I did.
At the end of day I talked to my chiro buddies and this is what they did: One made 3 appointments, another made 6 appointments and the last chiro made 4. All three other chiros had much better booth locations with increased traffic flow. I know that you do not stress doing screenings but if someone wants to learn how to do this with amazing results, the PEP Program is the way to go! What an amazing experience this has been for me!

I feel it was meant to be that I found your Program. I very quickly went from ordering a poster to considering the opportunity of being coached by you. The proof is in the pudding. I went to Module I of your Program, and in the two days, my patient visits were about 80% of what I do in an entire week. The most wonderful thing is the patients. Their results! My results are with existing patients and they are excited.
What you have given me is more certainty. I just had a new patient on Saturday, a referral from a "rejuvenated" patient (meaning these patients have changed from calling when they hurt to actively working on a wellness program). This new patient had a commitment level of 8 and by the end I told her that I could not work with her unless she wanted to change that commitment to 10, and she did immediately. Things have been going really well in my practice.

Dear Dr. Ogi,
Practice has been a struggle for me ever since I opened my doors in 2005. New patients were hard to come by and existing patients were tough to keep around. A friend of mine told me about Dr. Ogi's program and how he thought it was the best program he had ever attended. Being through two programs, I was reluctant to even call Dr. Ogi.
To make a long story short, I joined Dr. Ogi's program after lots of thinking and more struggling. I am absolutely blown away to tell you today that my practice has tripled in only six weeks! Dr. Ogi,
My dream was to run a wellness practice where families would come and reach their greatest health potential but to my surprise no one was knocking down my door asking me to adjust their whole family! I thought to myself it must be technique, or this gadget, or I need this type of ad, maybe it is the way I look and on and on...trying the latest gimick hoping it would build my practice for me.
I was seeing approx 30-50 patients per week throughout my last three years in practice. I was running a glorified pain management practice.
Another chiropractic friend of mine had told me about Dr. Ogi and his program. Now, I did have some reservations because I had already made my way through two of the top management programs and I was still seeing the same amount of visits...nothing had changed and I had spent some big dollars to have these other management companies help me.
One day I decided enough was enough and called Dr. Ogi. We went back and forth for about six months until I finally decided I had nothing to lose. Let me tell you, I wish I would have started with him the day I called him because I couldn't imagine where I would be at today.
It has been two months since I flew out to San Francisco to learn from Dr. Ogi how to see more kids and families. I am absolutely blown away to say that my practice has more tha quadruped in less than two months! 200 patients/week is just around the corner!
I am having such a great time in practice now because my dream has come true. I am seeing more kids then I ever could have imagined and more families than I thought possible. Dr. Ogi gives you all the tools with no sales hype. It is pure chiropractic with love in your heart to be able to help as many people as you can. Just a quick note to let you know -- we are doing great this week. I've been super stressed trying to learn all the new procedures and scripts but it has worked already. We are getting more new patients and more kids. I feel like I have purpose again and know that I can make a difference. Its a great feeling. 4 new today, two of them children. One new yesterday and they are getting it! One of the kids I saw today asked his mom if I could check him (he's 12) to see if I could help him with asthma. Now only weeks after Module 1, I feel a 'rebirth' ! I am so excited to go to help patients every day! My skills are improving, my communication is improving, and my confidence is improving! As a result, this past week, I had my biggest week ever!--and the best part was: I had SO MUCH FUN!

Ogi,
Once a doc has completed module 1, 2 twice, is their any difference in price for repeating again? I would like to continue with some repeats in Detroit,Toronto and Niagara this year. I wish to get myself to a point similar to Christine so I can share with all the new docs to your program how wonderful this program is. Please let me know what can be arranged and I look forward to your clinical seminar and Christie's visit to my office later in the spring.
P.S - 2008 was my absolute best year in practice hands down. There is still lots of work to do (lots of work) but I know that having a better compass with you in my corner will get me their faster.

Hi Dr. Ogi,
Thank you Sir, you just summed up my first year in practice. All�except for the glitzy, sellsy crap.
A long while back�you�told me�that it just takes time for a young DC to mature.� I have been reading, studying, thinking, praying and slowly I am beginning to gain more confidence in myself and what I do.� I had a�wonderful 'ah hah' moment last week in a ROF with�a young man my age. Normally�I�would be�nervous because�I wanted to be accepted by my peers.
Instead I decided�I could�really care less what he thought about me�or if he accepted care,�I�just�knew that he needed chiropractic and that�I�had to tell him what he needed to hear.� Well he is a patient now and was one of the few that showed up last friday during our big snowstorm that we had.
I am now really beginning to see, feel�and understand what you and Dr. Rick have been telling me all along.� Just tell people the truth and tell them what they need to hear and the rest will take care of itself.
Stop worrying about what they will think and start making an impact on peoples lives.

Ok---I am so ON FIRE!

I arrived last night into Vancouver after midnight, caught 5 hours of sleep, then woke up to catch for the first early Ferry to my town, rushed home for 30 minutes to kiss the family, and then right to the office and into an ROF to be 100% present and tell the family of this little girl (who is 11, suffering from a lifetime history of asthma, daily headaches, and IBS-- was wrong, that not only can I help, but that she will need daily care for at least 2 months and onwards. I had a moment of complete clarity and confidence and a looked in the Mother's eyes and told her the truth. And the Mom says after an entirely long sigh--that she is so relieved that 'finally--someone is going to take her little daughter seriously' and agreed to start care. Not only that-but she has booked all 4 of her daughters for a check up, and herself within the next 2 weeks.
And the bottom line is------� I KNOW NOW that I CAN help!� And that brings the biggest smile across my face.
So--that Is what you would tell me is 'An Ogi Moment'.
PS.� Can I go and buy myself a treat now?� :)

A CA�s Perspective!
There will be only a few people in a person�s life that will motivate and inspire you. Dr. Ogi is one of those people for me. His program not only inspired me as a CA, but also a person following a dream. From a CA�s perspective, the biggest change I noticed from the program was in the patient�s mindset. All of a sudden, they were all so passionate about chiropractic, and completely awed by the way the doctors here understood them.
We started the program back in September 2005 and looking back, there was something missing in our office. If you were to walk into our practice as a new patient today, we would be greeted by your first name. You see, " Our mission is to help as many people as possible attain and maintain extraordinary health, especially children" on the wall in big beautiful letters. The CA sits next to you and goes over the New Patient form and offers some hot tea with a caring smile. As you are waiting, you see pregnant women, babies, children, grandmas, and old men walking out from the adjustment area. Everyone is smiling and talking to each other like they were all one big family. You see books, an information center, and kids jumping in and out of a big playhouse. You hear laughing, tables dropping and " Ok, your POWER IS ON!" You think to yourself, "Wow, I�m in the right place!" When it�s time for your exam, the doctor greets you and is excited to meet you. He gives you a tour of the office and sits you down in the exam room to start talking. Throughout the consult and exam, you�re amazed by how well this doctor understands you and what you are going through. Suddenly, it all makes sense: My nervous system controls everything! Then my eyes fill up with hope as the doctor tells you, "Well, I found the problem, and I can help you. Let�s get started!" The doctor then escorts you back up to the front and you can�t wait to make an appointment for your kids, husband, mom, dad and neighbor.
This is what IS happening here now! Dr. Ogi gave the doctors the tools to communicate chiropractic in a way that the patients understand. They become interested in holistic health, and many of them change their entire lifestyle. As the office manager, and CA, I love supporting the doctors in their missions. I feel the tools I learned from the program allow me to provide "Raving Fan Service" (Read Raving Fans by Harvey Mackay) to the patients and make them feel like they are part of a family. I love doing the CARs (Chiropractic Assistant Report). This establishes a commitment from the patients. It is during this visit they understand that everyone in this office is on the same page. We are ALL on the same mission! I believe in what the doctors do here, and Dr. Ogi only instilled in me, a deeper passion for chiropractic. Dr. Ogi reminds us to follow our dreams and live life without limits! I enjoy being a part of the revolution that brings our children into adulthood, unsubluxated, unvaccinated and fearless!
If you are considering the program, I strongly recommend it. Dr. Ogi will help you realize your ability, to believe in yourself and what you do. Your calling as a chiropractor will open so many doors for you in ways you wouldn�t have ever dreamed of before. You WILL become the wellness coach in your community. You will rock the boat. You will go through internal struggles (who wants to hear: YOU are the problem, but also the solution?) You will struggle with surrendering your old ways. BUT, it is worth it, if you give it 100%. I just had to drop you a quick note of thanks.
After practicing for a few years (17), something dawned on me back in 2008. I had come to a point in my career that I felt my "calling" was now my "job". I need to tell you that did not sit well with me.
After experiencing mediocrity on my own for my first few years out of school, on two occasions I employed the help of "chiropractic practice consultants" to help me grow. Both times I was taught how to give my care away to see more people. This devalued what I did in the patients� minds and worse, over time devalued what I did in my mind also. Funny enough in all that time I was paying my "mentors" high premiums for their services. I now see that as quite hypocritical.
Then in 2008, after following your "thots" for several years, I finally contacted you. Straight away you gave me some suggestions and we talked as friends striving for the same end result.
Two and a half years later everything�s different. I get to work early because I�m happy to be there. My patients rarely miss their appointments, pay and refer their families and friends. I once again know what I do is of immeasurable value and the patients recognize this too. The fact that I know can explain to everyone what we do in such a way that even an eight graded an understand means that most can now "get" what I�m saying. I am so happy to be here and they appreciate what I do! That just makes work fun. My only regret is that it took me so long to take that first step and call you.
