I wanted to take a moment and thank you for how you have changed my practice and now my life. I thought this e-mail was worth responding to, as most all of them are. When I took your seminars, almost two years ago, a brutal truth hit me between the eyes. I did see children, but very few.

What! Did that mean - that my patients didn’t trust me? Yes it did, and even worse, what it really meant was that I really didn’t trust myself. Through your training I learned that if I wanted to increase my patient visits, not only did I have to believe that I was the best at what I do, but so did my patients! This meant that I needed to start working on being my best. I needed to do a better new patient consultation, better exams, and a better report of findings, etc. I needed to quit talking about the weather and start talking about chiropractic and how that makes a difference in the health of my patients and their families.

Also, a very interesting thing happened over the last couple of years. Not only did we go from our patient volume being about 5% children to about 35% children, but our practice tripled. I can tell you from first hand experience that what you are saying is exactly true. Your patients will bring their children to you when they trust you. They will also send their friends and loved ones to you when they trust you.

We have not done a stitch of advertising since we took your seminars, and amazingly, we have grown faster than ever before in the fourteen years of practice. I am not saying that chiropractors shouldn’t advertise, but it is really nice when you don’t need to rely on that, and it is sure a whole lot cheaper!

So, in short, thank you so much for your “THOTS,” your seminars, and your passion for making chiropractic what BJ and DD intended it to be. You have an excellent program and I wish more chiropractors would attend your seminars so that we can keep chiropractic going in the right direction. It is more vital that chiropractors be chiropractors today more than ever. Thanks for your part in making a difference.

I love your THOT for this week (as usual). You can tell anyone who asks you that your system really does foster trust in patients. We had a pretty good little family practice going (I think) before PEP, but there has been a real shift in attitude on everyone’s part since we started your program. The doctor has become a wonderful leader for both patients and team, the team has stepped up even higher than they had before, and our patients have really responded positively to the increased understanding they have for why they are with us. Everyone is happier; people are asking us if they can bring in their children, spouse, neighbors, etc., and our office feels wonderful. Oh, and the added bonus is that they are bending over backwards to pay us for their care. A couple of weeks ago, our collections for the week covered the total cost of your program, including posters, books, dolls, and a few other goodies. Yes please!

Just wanted to send you a letter to thank you for all your help. It's been four weeks since we attended Module I and our clinic is booming. We've gone from consistently seeing around 70 patients per week before your seminar, to over 120 patient visits this week. We've nearly doubled in one month! The exciting thing is that we are still just beginning to implement your Program into our practice. It's amazing what practicing with certainty can do.

When I decided to be a chiropractor 12 years ago, the success we have had the last 3 weeks is exactly what I envisioned practice to be. The most amazing part of the story is that we are all doing, acting, and saying things that just 30 days ago we never would have been able to. I guess it goes without saying we are also getting results that we wouldn't have gotten 30 days ago...

First, the biggest shift for all of us is to realize how EASY all of this is! It is just simple. Patients absolutely get it! No selling, no pressure, no gimmicks - just like you said! All the baloney and stress that chiropractors put themselves thru is absolutely not needed! Your program is exactly everything you have said it would be and much, much more. 1.) A young married couple effortlessly deciding to receive a full 12 month corrective plan AND they are PAYING for it...Almost $8,000! And saying to us' "Thank you for making this so affordable!" I can tell you that would never have happened before taking your program. The best part is the comment the husband made to Gina, our CA. He told her...."This is the best doctor's office I have ever been to. I can't believe more people don't know about this place." Then he proceed to refer his dad, his mom, his in-laws, his brother, and two friends for a grand total of 7 new patients!!!!! ....and all on their first visit! Simply amazing!

2.) Dr. Jenn had a 17 year old boy with scoliosis sign on for a year of corrective care. (She admitted that she got the wording all mixed up during the consult, exam, and ROF, AND yet, without any pressure at all, the mom and dad decided that they and the other brother need care too!!!) Imagine what will happen when we get the flow down 100%! What a Concept!

3.) Every patient is getting it, and our existing patients are making some great comments about the tremendous positive energy in our office. There is electricity in the air, and everyone is taking notice, including our family and friends!

4.) Gina is rocking and taking charge of running the office. She is kicking butt, and is organizing this office like you wouldn't believe. None of our previous CA's have ever been this motivated! You lit a fire under her! I love it!

In a nutshell, our WHOLE BEING has transformed, and it is so incredible I cannot really express it. It is much like trying to explain what a peach tastes like to someone who has never eaten a peach before.

Thank you so much for giving us the push we needed to look inside, turn on the power within ourselves, and unsubluxate our thinking. Much respect, gratitude, and love to you, your family, and staff. The only regret that we have is that we did not take your Program sooner!

This is what has happened in our office the last few weeks since Module I in Detroit three weeks ago.... We easily added over 50-60 visits a week in 3 weeks, a record 219 last week and probably around 240 this week.

Super duper fantastic! ...and all the while increasing clinical competency and simplifying 'TIC. Doing about 10 hours a week of ''homework'', and going to increase to 20 hours for awhile. 300 to 500 a week, EASY!!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Ogi since February of this year. The first time I spoke with Dr. Ogi on the phone, my intuition said “This is the right choice.” I was looking for a program to help me transition my good practice into my DREAM practice. Theresa (my assistant) and I went to Module I. I was blown away as Dr. Ogi showed us the tools. His emphasis...BE the best chiropractor and communicate to patients (what a concept). We also had the worst booth location possible for traffic flow and we were right by a set of concert speakers for the dance competitions. Nevertheless, we made appointments for 25 patients that day and we screened 27, in only four hours.

Oh.. by the way, the two that didn’t make appointments were from way out of town, but one is still considering coming to see me from one and a half hours away because he was so impressed with what I did.

At the end of day I talked to my chiro buddies and this is what they did: One made 3 appointments, another made 6 appointments and the last chiro made 4. All three other chiros had much better booth locations with increased traffic flow. I know that you do not stress doing screenings but if someone wants to learn how to do this with amazing results, the PEP Program is the way to go! What an amazing experience this has been for me!

Before taking your program I have never had a parent bring their kids in for a check-up before seeing results themselves. Now it is becoming commonplace. One month after taking your first module, we had the highest collection month in our 6 years of practice and our practice volume has increased by 40%. What is a bit scary is that I have had these increases in the practice without doing any outside marketing. To practice from the heart and change people’s lives is the reason I became a chiropractor. I now have the tools to have the practice I have always wanted"

Since joining the Practice Evolution Program I have gained a whole new understanding of relating to my patients with greater integrity and certainty. This happens in an all cash based practice environment. I feel it was meant to be that I found your Program. I very quickly went from ordering a poster to considering the opportunity of being coached by you. The proof is in the pudding. I went to Module I of your Program, and in the two days, my patient visits were about 80% of what I do in an entire week. We hit a high that we have not had for at least 6 months. The most wonderful thing is the patients. Their results! Just a quick note of thanks for introducing me to your program! As you know, I've been in practice for 15 years...thought I'd pretty much seen everything.
