About The Program
 I chose the word "Evolution" because that is really what it is. It will evolve you and your practice to a place you have only dreamed of.
I know, I know…you've heard words like this before……You need to lighten up… I teach no gimmicks, no tricks, no new ways of billing insurance, no new therapies you can charge for, no "slick," no fear, no pressure, no lame sales pitches which violate your integrity, and no new gizmos…..and my Program is not about a frenzy of seeing thousands of patients for some insanely low fee and then having a breakdown. No! It's about finding balance in your life - and sharing that life with your family and your patients.
It's also not about becoming a marketing wizard, or building a better mouse trap to capture these elusive new patients, or spending your family time trolling the Malls to lasso as many as you can. Or having some passé "Patient Appreciation Day" which your staff and patients just can't get excited about.
Instead, I will teach you new ways of being able to communicate with your patients and your community so that you will have a waiting list of new patients wanting to see you - weeks in advance!
Imagine: You will learn new ways of doing a consultation you have never seen before - your patients will actually schedule their whole family to see you on their first visit. Unheard of!
 I have to tell you this: One of my doctors recently shared this story at one of our Modules: He said, "I've only been working with your Program for three weeks, Dr. Ogi, but having patients refer on their first visit is amazing. On Monday and Tuesday, I saw two new patients, and they referred 15 others to me on that same visit." Amazing? Not really. People will only do this if they feel you are absolutely the best doctor they have ever seen. End of story.
And that is the goal of the Program - to make you the very best. Period.
No excuses, no whining, no windging, no wishing, and no prisoners.
One last thing I should mention before I explain the specifics of the Program.
I only accept 25-30 doctors per location – some 100-120/year. That’s it. This means that you are not in a room with 500 other people and I can't even see your face. No. You and I will become very good friends and I'll get to know you very well - one of my favorite aspects of the Program. It also means that my Program locations become sold out very quickly - usually months in advance.
The other aspect of this you should know is that joining my Program is by invitation only. Nowhere on this website will you find a registration form. The reason is simple – we will both decide together whether the Program is a good fit for you and we are both certain you will benefit from it. You see…it is the way I’d like you to practice also – from the perspective that people need you, you do not necessarily need them. You are not needy. I like that concept! We form an elite “commando unit” where failure is simply not an option!

What's included you ask?
Module I:
 All the office procedures you'll ever need to make your office the very best a patient has ever experienced. Ever! Period. ….And I'm not exaggerating one bit! - I will teach you how to look at everything you do in your office from the perspective of your patients. You see, it's not important what you think. No.
It's important what they think and how they perceive your office, your purpose, and what you do.
- I will teach you a totally new way of conducting a patient consultation and examination, and Report of Findings, so that there is understanding and agreement and your patients are totally amazed and flabbergasted by you and are ready to start their care with you!
- We will also "examine" your examination closely. Does it match patient expectations? Do your patients resonate with it? Are they excited? Are you? Are they amazed by you? Do they feel confident in your ability? Do you?
….and my favorite; would they refer their family to you? …some cutting questions. The truth is that most new patients should leave your presence on their first visit and want to have you check their whole family. If they don't, it is a sign that you are missing something. This is one of the yardsticks you'll use to determine how well you are doing.
- You'll learn a simply amazing Report of Findings which marries the consult and exam into an easily understood format that your patients will totally get!
- I'll show you how to place patients on corrective care, the aim of which is the reversal of their pathology - not just their curves, etc. You'll actually learn that Chiropractic is absolutely amazing and you will see some incredible changes take place under your own hands.
- Your patients will be given an opportunity to pay you in advance for the coming year in your office - if they so desire - and it is their choice. ….and all with no pressure, or sales, or fear tactics of any sort, so rest easy!
- We'll also look very closely at one of your most important visits - the Regular Office Visit. Do your patients understand what you are doing day-to-day? Do you?
Are they excited? Are you?
- Of course, we'll cover all the basics as well - telephone procedures, recall, reactivation, missed appointments (you'll have very few), collections, office policies, payments, cash practice protocols - practicing outside the insurance game, office hours, efficiency, and other amazing "stuff."
- We'll also do "dress rehearsals" where you'll actually learn how to do everything I have described to you - you'll get a chance to spread your wings and practice some amazing new protocols during the Modules! Yes!!!.
- You'll be introduced to a new fee structure which you are welcome to use where the fees for children will be your regular fees and their parents……perhaps a bit less. What a novel idea!
Your accounts will be in a credit state - what an amazing concept! You actually get paid for loving what you do - effortlessly.
- PLUS you'll receive a complete binder of the best clinical office forms you have ever seen in order to operate the top children's and family practice in your area - in hardcopy and CD. They are simply the best out there!
- As well, you'll also receive a complete Chiropractic Assistant's Assistant.
It is a very complete CA manual so that your staff knows what to do to help you help others! You should bring your staff to the Program with you. There is no extra charge. I feel it is very important that everyone in your office is on the same page. (I must also add that if you have another doctor in your office, you should make certain he/she also attends with you. This is crucial. Please call me for special fees in those circumstances)
Module II:
 I'll show you how to set and achieve Goals, Purpose, create your niche in your community, be perceived as the best (so that patients literally fly in to see you from outside your town), develop a progress examination protocol, patient and staff policies, associate agreements (when you need one), payment options, fees, Wellness programs, Chiropractic for Children, examinations for kids - toddlers, babies, teens - how to make a mom understand when you say that her baby has a subluxation, the most common pediatric problems seen in practice and what to do about them, adjustive techniques, and much, much, more! - You'll learn to develop and implement your own Community Outreach Program, including how to become an author and write for your local newspaper. You'll be introduced to the concept of writing a pediatric and a family practice column in your community newspaper - one of my favorite practice aids that are available to you. Your own pediatric newspaper column will position you and your practice at a place others only dream of.
- I'll show you how to give first-class PowerPoint presentations for your community on ADHD, Fibromyalgia, Crohn's Disease and Colitis, Asthma, Infertility, Ear Infections, and other current health issues. These are simply amazing and are presented from the patient perspective. The Fibromyalgia presentation, for example, brought me 150 new patients in one evening – with standing room only, the Crohn's lecture - some 50-70, each time one of my PEP doctors does it - the response from your community will simply astound you!
