Warm hellos to all my favorite people!
I want to share something very
important with you!
I really need you to really get this :
Most people do a rerun of their day
just before they fall asleep.
And most of it is negative - who pissed
them off, what they owe, what they
don't have, who lied to them,
arguments they've had, regrets, etc.
A plethora of negativity!
AND THEN......they fall asleep and literally marinade and percolate in their own quagmire
for the next 8 hours or so.
Here is the problem: The Universe cannot distinguish what is real and what is vividly
imagined. And it responds to both equally.
And their subconscious mind is now programmed to face a new day having been
well-marinaded in negativity all night.
And they wonder why they are having so many problems.
Ouch!
Consider making it a ritual to rerun all your positives just before you drift off to sleep
instead.
That way, you'll will have programmed yourself with a wonderful expectation for an
amazing day ahead!
