Warm hellos to everyone!
I've talked to you about this in the past, but it is worthy of a repeat performance!
Last week's THOT pushed a buttons! Oh yes! What a shock! Tons of emails!
Love it! Fabulous to hear from so many of you! Even doctors who have been silent
for a long, long time decided to write me!
Wonderful!.......And that is the very purpose of my THOTS: To get you thinking,
to have you re-evaluate what you do, to have you practice with honor and clarity,
to have you become amazing, to be the kind of doctor you've always aspired to
be - before all those glibby and slick marketing seminars convinced you that your
community wants a super-salesman instead of a great doctor, to have you practice
with fun and laughter, to make you "unconstipated" in your thinking, to give you the
ability, the freedom, and the right to laugh at yourself, to have you lighten up a bit,
to learn that becoming the best doctor is a process, to teach you that this is exactly
what your community is waiting for, to have you learn that you do not need to
compromise your values, to have you practice with integrity, honor, and dignity, and
most importantly - to help me in my mission: To help as many children and their
parents in my lifetime as I can!
There! I've said it! WOW! That was a mouthful!
What amazes me is that there are still doctors out there who think that the
Practice Evolution Program is the same as all the rest of the coaching programs out there.
Many doctors (you may be one of them) think that they've "seen it all before" - the
done-that, been-there, got-the-T-Shirt routine. And I want you to know that I totally
understand!
Listen..... I hear this all the time - many doctors have been burnt by unscrupulous
seminars, marginally
ethical coaching "warlords", unkept promises, money-down-the-drain schemes, insane
marketing ploys which did not produce any results, complicated selling tactics, weird
"closing" techniques, bizarre "conversion" ploys, desperation, fear, religious hype,
huckstership, and unprofessionalism. I get that! But I have to tell you that the Program
I teach is not about any of these!
No!
You can relax - it is none of those! It is all about teaching you to become the very best
doctor and the very best clinic your community has ever seen.
Ever!
Period! You really need to get this!
Think about this for just a moment: If you or your child had a serious health challenge,
would you go and see some chiro because you liked his ad in the yellow pages? Would
you see him because of his wonderful ad in the community newspaper advertising his
convenient hours, his friendly staff, his easy access, or his 50% discount on your initial
visit? Would you be comfortable seeing a chiropractor who attempted to sell you on
the idea of seeing him and his vitamin armamentarium while your internal warning bells
were going off? Would you be comfortable seeing the fellow who cried fake and rehearsed
tears over the fact that you are subluxated, because he was taught to do so?
Would you feel comfortable with a chiropractor who quoted and read parts of the bible to
you on each visit? (And don't get all hot and bothered by that statement - I am a Christian).
Would you?
I think not!
Be honest with yourself - you would not feel comfortable seeing any of these doctors.
And neither does your community!
It is important you really understand that!
I know this THOT is a little different than all the rest that I send you, and I'd like to ask you
to forgive me.
The reason for this THOT is that I encounter much suspicion out there - many doctors are
often wary - they think I'll try to "sell" them somehow. They think that they will be forced
to do something that will, in some way, violate their honor and integrity.
Relax - I don't work that way at all!
Listen.....The PEP Program is by invitation only - It is the only Program on its kind on the planet!
Not just anyone can join it.
No.
You have to be invited! I like that. And I am not being snooty when I say that! Absolutely not!
I teach how to have the most amazing practice in your community - full of children and their
parents! For life!
The reason it is by invitation, is that I want to be certain that a doctor will totally resonate with
what I teach, and that all his aspirations and dreams are met! That we are on the same page.
Why? Because we have unlimited one-on-one contact with one another for 12 months.
We become friends and I become your mentor. We develop a relationship based on trust,
knowledge, clinical expertise, and mutual respect.
And I want you to practice in that same manner - from the perspective that people need you,
you do not need them. You are no longer needy! What a relief!
